Job Summary
The Coordinator, Marketing provides support to the Marketing Department by updating and creating marketing materials, coordinating with internal departments, and meeting with clients to assess their marketing needs. The Coordinator collaborates on projects and ensures effective communication with clients, organizes campaigns, develops marketing collateral, and works with vendors to prepare promotional presentations.
Duties
- Coordinates the process of updating existing materials and the creation of new materials with internal departments.
- Meets with marketing managers and clients to determine marketing needs while building trusting relationships.
- Collaborates on large project components and communicates timelines and deliverables to clients.
- Coordinates all print efforts and works with marketing vendors.
- Prepares promotional item presentations.
- Assists in organizing campaigns and developing collateral.
- Maintains the project invoice tracking system.
- Provides day-to-day support to the marketing director.
- Assists university relations staff as needed.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or related field.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Marketing Assistant or similar role experience.
- Experience with marketing functions, such as communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and customer service.

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the principles and best practices of Marketing (traditional and digital).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Works in an office environment.
