Orientation Sessions and Workshops
Faculty may schedule a Writing & Reading Center orientation or a Peer Review Workshop for a class. Please complete our online request form for each section of your class for which you are requesting one or both of these services.
WRC Classroom Orientation
Faculty may schedule a Writing & Reading Center writing consultant to visit your class and explain our services to your students. The WRC Orientation presentation typically lasts 10-15 minutes. If you are
requiring or giving
extra credit to your students to visit us, we highly recommend scheduling an orientation so that your students can better understand our services and availability during the semester.
Peer Review Workshop
Faculty may request a Peer Review Workshop for a class, during which a writing consultant will spend up to one hour in the classroom to assist with the instructor-designed peer review activity.
