The QEP Process
Reaffirmation of SACSCOC Accreditation is required every 10 years. We are due for Re-affirmation in 2026. Steps in the timeline for UHD’s Reaffirmation Process:

| Nov 4-7, 2025 | Off Site Review Team Report |
| March 2-5, 2026 | QEP reviewed by the On-Site Review Committee |
| March 2-5, 2026 | UHD’s On-Site Review will take place |
| May 7-8 , 2025 | SACSCOC Board will Review our Accreditation and provide us with decision of reaffirmation |
