HR Personnel Records

Human Resources (HR) Records unit maintains the personnel files for all active and former faculty, staff and student employees. Personnel files are the official employment records and are used to respond to internal and external requests for employee information, including employment and prior state service verifications, mortgage verifications, subpoenas, and other employer background checks.

All personnel files are maintained through the DocuWare Records Management and Document Imaging System.
