Weekly Challenge
Bi-Weekly challenges meant to test you in all areas of fitness. Two winners will be selected after two weeks and will win a prize of their choice.
Summer Challenge
8-week exercise program challenge. Trainers will be assigned to lead a group of members over the 8-week program. Members will meet with trainer/small group 2 times per week for training sessions and participate in weekly challenges. Weekly challenge prizes will be awarded to challenge winners. Member with greatest cumulative improvement over the 8-week period (weight loss %, sit-ups, push-ups) will win up to $250 (may vary depending on number of participants). Program will end with a celebration breakfast and awards ceremony.
Space is limited to 10 participants per each trainer.
$75 entry fee
