Alumni Profile: Isaac Valdez
In the heart of the Texas Medical Center, University of Houston-Downtown alumnus Isaac Valdez is playing a vital role in helping patients fight cancer.
Valdez, a first generation college graduate, earned his bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from UHD in the fall of 2014. Presently, he serves as the clinical program manager in the department of Radiation Oncology Business Services at MD Anderson's Proton Therapy Center.
