Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the employment's office processes and develops programs to attract, hire, and retain a high quality workforce.

Duties

  • Oversees the daily functions of the employment area.
  • Provides customer service to applicants regarding employment vacancies.
  • Screens job applicant materials
  • Processes new hire paperwork.
  • Develops and facilitates training on the applicant tracking system and on hiring process and practices.

Marginal Duties

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

  • Regularly assigns work to subordinate(s)

Supervision Given:

  • Has primary responsibility for conducting performance evaluations and making recommendations for hiring and dismissing employees.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related job experience

License/Certification:

  • None Required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with immigration-related paperwork for employment (H1B, OPT, PERM, etc.) is preferred;
  • Knowledge of Taleo Administration system is preferred.
