Scheduling Instructions

Step 1: Visit the online counseling services scheduling site counselingservices.uhd.edu
Step 2: Select the Online Intake. This must be completed before you can schedule an appointment
Step 3: Sign-in using your UHD student credentials. Select Online Intake again and complete the form.
Step 4: Check your email within 24 hours. You will receive confirmation that your online intake has been completed and instructions for online appointment scheduling.
