Outreach and Prevention Services

Counseling Services at UHD offers a variety of programs for the purpose of increasing visibility, accessibility and availability of mental health resources while decreasing the sigma of mental health across campus and the community. We aim to support the overall wellness of our campus community. The outreach offerings include:

• Mental Health and Wellness Workshops
• Tabling
• Classroom Presentations
• Psychoeducation/Mental Health Trainings
• Mental Health First Aid
• Campus Wide Wellness Events
