SEPTEMBER 6, 2023	Last day to drop without a grade from a course
OCTOBER 30, 2023	Last day to withdraw from a course (grade of “W” will be assigned)

PAYMENT DATES
JULY 24, 2023	Fee bills available on July 24. Account Summary Available at myUHD
AUGUST 1, 2023	4 Payment Installment/Deferments Plans available (online only) for Resident, Non-Res and International students.
AUGUST 15, 2023	Book Loans Available (online only). The book loan option must be executed by September 12th. Book loans will not be available after this date.
AUGUST 19, 2023	Last day to pay for open registration. Payment arrangements must be made by midnight or class(es) will be dropped for non-payment.
SEPTEMBER 11, 2023	Last day to pay for late registration. Payment arrangements must be made by 11:59 p.m. or class(es) will be dropped for non-payment.
1st of each month	Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up.
OCTOBER 15, 2023	Emergency Deferment Due
OCTOBER 15, 2023	Book Loan Due
DECEMBER 15, 2023	Last day to pay term balance to avoid incurring a $50 delinquent fee

 

REFUND DATES
AUGUST 17, 2023	Anticipated initial distribution of refunds to BankMobile for students with disbursed (paid) financial aid.
AUGUST 20, 2023	Last day for 100% reduction in charges on complete withdrawal of tuition and mandatory fees.
AUGUST 21-25, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive an 80% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 20% of total bill.
AUGUST 26-SEPTEMBER 1, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive a 70% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 30% of total bill.
SEPTEMBER 2-11, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive a 50% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill.
SEPTEMBER 6, 2023	Last day to receive reduction in charges for partial withdrawal.
SEPTEMBER 12-18, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive a 25% reduction in charges of tuition and mandatory fees. Student still responsible for 75% of total bill. No reduction in charges after September 18, 2023.

AUGUST 16, 2023	Last day for students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions
SEPTEMBER 6, 2023	Official Day of Record/Census Date Student record change deadline/Last day to: appeal residency status drop without a grade receive refund for partial withdrawal change to audit status request an International Student Health Insurance waiver All requests must be received by business closing time
