Scope of Responsibilities
Ms. Schroeder manages the enrollment communications team within the Enrollment Management division, which supports the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of prospective and current students by supplying consistent, exact, persuasive, and prompt communications using multiple mediums. She also oversees student transition programs that are designed to help acclimate students to campus.
Educational Qualifications
Ms. Schroeder earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television from Sam Houston State University.
Professional Experience
Ms. Schroeder has over 14 years of experience in higher education. She has worked in the areas of admissions, customer service, recruitment, student communications, new student orientation, and testing. Prior to joining the university, Ms. Schroeder worked at Lone Star College.
