Scope of Responsibilities
As the Director of IT Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the overall IT project management functions, including providing leadership and direction for the IT PMO processes and functions. Her role ensures appropriate resources are applied to IT projects and that project requirements are achieved in a high-quality and timely fashion within budget expectations. Ms. Solomon also works closely with IT leadership and high-level project stakeholders including University executives.
Educational Qualifications
Ms. Solomon earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Houston-Victoria and a B.B.A. in Computer Information System from the University of Houston-Downtown.
Professional Experience
Ms. Solomon has more than 20 years of management experience and has served in higher education for 22 years.
