Hispanic Genealogical Society of Houston - Deadline in May

The essay contest is open to full- or part-time undergraduate students and high school seniors who plan to enroll in any field of study at an accredited local Houston area college or university in the Fall of each upcoming year following the May 31st application deadline. Essays must be postmarked by deadline date. The Hispanic Genealogical Society will be awarding one $500 scholarship. The winning essay will be published in the Hispanic Genealogical Society Annual Journal.
