Position Budget Status Report -BOB

Position Budget Status report or BOB report provides budget and actual expenses (Current Period and YTD) by position numbers in the department.This is a helpful report to use when lapsing salary budget dollars. It's also good to use as a budget to actual dollars spent tool.
BOB report is also used in the cost center verification process to make sure that the employees are paid from the correct cost center, review current month expenses, FYTD expenses for the position, BBA available for the position and to analyze the  need for any corrections or adjustments.
