Term Withdraw Request

Students who wish to drop all courses for the semester/term must login via their myUHD student portal to submit a request to Term Withdraw from all UHD Courses for the current term.

Please refer to the Academic Calendar to determine:
  • the last day to drop without a grade from a course
  • the last day to withdraw from a course (with a W)
  • the refund dates and percentages for withdrawn courses
Term Withdraw Requests are processed within 1-2 business days. An email will be sent to students regarding the status of their term withdraw. 
If you receive an error message while attempting to submit a Term Withdrawal Request, please contact the Registrar’s Office at or 713-221-8000 for further assistance.
Financial Aid Impact
Students who were awarded financial aid are encouraged to contact the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid at or 713-221-8041, to determine the impact of their withdrawal.
