All full-time faculty must submit an annual evaluation report by January 31 for all activities for the previous calendar year. Departments are required to share departmental annual evaluation criteria and rubrics with departmental faculty, deans, and the provost by December 15. This criteria will take effect during the following calendar year.

We have created a TEAMS site to allow faculty members to view departmental rubrics. What is posted is what has been submitted to the Office of the Provost from the department chairs. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the department chair.
